I’m not a huge fan of Fantasia, but this gave me goosebumps.  Patti LaBelle seemed to enjoy it too. I was lucky enough to see Patti in 2003.  She claimed a small cold but practically blew the place up.  It was incredible.  Turned out her ‘small cold’ was friggin PNEUMONIA and she was in the hospital the following day.

Metalocalypse:  Apparently this death metal cartoon has been around for 2 years now, don’t know how I missed it.  Nicely animated, hilarious writing… episode 2 kind of bites, but this is some good shit.

52books: I think to myself, “Self, this book is too good and if you read it too fast your brain might explode. Go slow.” So that’s what I do. Amen.
